Image and Data Analyzer

Up one level

Documentation for the DDMA Image and Data Analyzer (IDA) including the current release as of February 13, 2007. IDA is a repository for the algorithms produced by the team. It facilitates transfer of the capabilities we develop within the team and to our clients. It is also an environment for data analysis. The code is available on Sourceforge at https://sf4.lanl.gov/sf/projects/ida. Contact Matt Sottile (matt@lanl.gov) for access.

DDMA's objectives in developing IDA by admin — last modified 2006-12-04 06:24
Every now and then we ask ourselves why we are developing IDA. This document lays out our objectives for the project.
IDA Path Forward by admin — last modified 2006-12-04 06:24
This is an in-depth discussion of where IDA development stands and key areas for improvement, ranked by importance and difficulty. This document is the basis for our collaboration with the University of Oregon. They have agreed to help us with IDA development in exchange for the use of the code for their own projects. We discuss near-term focus areas where IDA requires improvement on existing code. We also discuss long-term research topics that will push IDA ahead and address features that are not currently present in tools for image and data analysis.
